Justin and Nikki, the new couple on the 90 Day Fiance block, have quickly gained popularity among the show’s audience. The pair, giving their relationship a second chance, have become the self-proclaimed Barbie and Ken.
However, Nikki and Justin’s present appearance wasn’t always the same. Both have undergone some surgeries to get their current looks. But Nikki’s surgeries have been the central area of interest for the couple’s fans. The trans star has claimed to have spent a hefty amount on the procedures, and the people want to know more!
90 Day Fiance: Nikki Spills The Beans About Her Surgical Procedures
Nikki Exotika is the first female trans star of 90 Day Fiance. The 47-year-old had to go through the knife too many times to achieve her present look. The number of cosmetic surgeries was so high that it might almost sound like an addiction for Nikki.
Nikki (previously Nicole Sanders) recalled having her first surgery at 18. She described the rhinoscopy as being “so painful” that she didn’t want to have any procedure ever again. But then she “couldn’t stop” herself from getting more in her chase for perfection.
To achieve her ‘Barbie’ look, Nikki also got various other cosmetic surgeries done. She recalled getting calf implants in 1995 and being “probably one of the first people to do so.” Then, for further modifications, she got an eye-color changing surgery and temporal lifts to get the “cat-eye” look.
Adding to the 90 Day Fiance star’s mammoth list of cosmetic surgeries are butt implants, breast augmentation, Adam’s apple removal and Botox Injections. The list goes on to include dental work, even jaw, chin, and cheek implants. Then there is eyebrow microblading, hair extensions, and even tanning.
To change her appearance to a more feminine one, Nikki also had a facial feminization surgery. She then shaved her forehead/bone brow and had an endoscopic brow lift. With all the surgery scars, Nikki needed to get hair transplants over the said scars. Then, she went on to more nose jobs, liposuction, and silicone injections, and all of this culminated in a gender-reassignment surgery at 20 years old.
To make the people understand why she did it, the 47-year-old trans star said on the October 8 episode of 90 Day Fiance, “You can’t expect a woman to have all these curves naturally.” She also told the audience how she had tried to calculate the amount she had spent on all these surgeries. Nikki recalled having “gallons of silicone” in her body and having spent millions on it as well.
90 Day Fiance: Nikki Hadn’t Told Justin About Her Transition
Nikki and Justin make quite a pair to look at. The new TLC stars are in a relationship with each other for a second time. And the 90 Day Fiance viewers got to know where it all went wrong the first time around.
When the couple first dated about two decades back, they faced some issues. Nikki recalled having a lot of fights with Justin over his lay behavior and lack of willingness to help with the household work. She also said that the arguments grew in number and became more tense and heated.
Nikki is transgender, but she had been keeping it a secret from Justin during their ‘first’ relationship. But her secret didn’t last long, and it was revealed during one of the couple’s fights when Nikki lashed out. Nikki told the camera that she remembered arguing – “Well, I have a secret to tell you – I used to be a man”.
When Justin got to know about Nikki’s gender identity, he was traumatized, and it sent him into depression. This was so tough for Justin to handle that he broke off their engagement and ended the relationship.
