Every year, fans either rejoice or are disappointed to read about their favorite couple no longer being together, and this year is no different. So far, there have been multiple confirmed and rumored splits in the franchise. It appears Big Ed Brown and Liz Woods may join the list soon.

8Kalani Faagata & Asuelu Pulaa

90 Day: The Last Resort

Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa from 90 Day Fiancé debuted on season 6 after meeting in Samoa. Kalani and Asuelu’s journey on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? was rough as she felt he wasn’t doing his part as father and husband. Kalani complained about Asuelu not financially helping their family of four. What Kalani didn’t reveal was that Asuelu had been cheating on her since they started dating. He cheated on her while she was pregnant with their first baby and continued cheating after coming to the U.S. Asuelu was intimate with someone in 2022 in Samoa, which gave him thrush.

He gave Kalani a chance to kiss someone else, and Kalani took it to start a relationship with someone new. While Kalani realized Dallas Nuez was a much better partner than Asuelu had ever been, she tried to use couples therapy as the last straw to save their marriage on 90 Day: The Last Resort. Instead, the sessions helped Kalani figure out she needed a divorce. Kalani has been dating Dallas for over a year, but she wanted to remain friends with Asuelu as they co-parent their sons, Oliver and Kennedy.

She claimed there were unhealthy stressors, challenges, and odd aggressive behavior on Kelly’s part. Kelly and Molly were separated when they arrived on 90 Day: The Last Resort to work things out, but they couldn’t rekindle their romance. Molly said she was turned off by Kelly, who retired from his job as a cop and moved to Georgia. She accused him of being unsupportive of her as a mom and a businesswoman. Kelly is single in 2023, while Molly is allegedly dating a “Prison Kingpin.”

Julio Moya and Kirsten Schoemaker were a promising couple who wanted to settle down in the Netherlands on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 5. However, Julio has yet to inform his family about the move. Julio’s mother objected to it, and he developed cold feet while Kirsten was visiting him in the U.S. Julio broke up with Kirsten over a video call after she returned home. He said his mother told him not to go and that his brothers needed him. Julio first tried to get Kirsten to wait for him without a timeline, but she refused. Daniele and Yohan had very little in common when they met in the Dominican Republic ahead of 90 Day Fiancé: Love In Paradise. Daniele had fallen for Yohan’s good looks and height and probably nothing else. However, Yohan only had one thing on his mind: money. He even got the American dollar sign tattooed on his arm. Their relationship became toxic when Daniele told Yohan he was coming with her to the U.S. on a spousal visa but decided to quit her job and move to the DR herself. Yohan held a grudge and never forgave Daniele.

He didn’t approve of Daniele’s friendship with her ex-boyfriend Taylen Alexander and broke up with her during the season 4 Tell All. While fans thought Daniele and Yohan would get divorced, they got therapy and returned for another season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. This time, Daniele refused to financially help Yohan, which made him angrier. As Daniele kept asking Yohan to pay half their expenses, he packed his bags and left their apartment. A month after the split, Daniele found out Yohan had a secret girlfriend he had been seeing for a month before they got married. He was also taking money from six other women.

Cleo started a fundraiser to get fans to donate money for her gender reassignment surgery after the split.

Widow and mom of two, Amanda Wilhelm began dating Razvan Ciocoi from Romania a couple of months after the death of her husband, Jason Wilhelm, who died suddenly from ampullary cancer. Amanda was called out when she chose to meet Razvan for three weeks in his country while leaving her kids behind in the U.S. She started feeling guilty when she met Razvan, even refusing to get physical with him for the longest time. She also doubted Razvan’s intentions when he revealed he’d applied for a U.S. tourist visa without informing her.

Amanda revealed she’d split from Razvan during their show’s Tell-All. Amanda said she broke up with Razvan a few weeks after coming to America. She claimed that Razvan’s focus on his career and himself made it difficult for her to pursue a relationship.
