The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Monday, October 16 – Nick’s Alarming Discovery – Lily’s Suspicious – Victor’s Cruel Move

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, October 16, reveal that Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) scheme will lead to growing fears for some of his loved ones. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will witness an incident that leaves him believing there are real reasons to fret over Victor’s health.

There’ll be a situation where Nick sees that Victor’s mental state is declining and maybe his physical state, too.

Nick will panic over Victor’s ordeal and decide to sound the alarm during an emergency family meeting.

Of course, Nick presumably won’t invite Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) since he’s furious with his brother and feels like he only brings shame to the Newman clan.

Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) will apparently be left out too, but that’s typical since she’s often forgotten and has always been more Abbott than Newman!

However, Nick will definitely give Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) updates on Victor’s sharp decline.

Adam might hear about this from Victoria after the meeting, but it’s also possible Victor will simply fake a different crisis in front of his son later.

Regardless, all signs point to Victor indeed pretending that his health is fading fast.

The goal will be to create a cruel test and see who’ll betray Victor when he’s at his most vulnerable.

Victor will be watching closely to see how Victoria, Adam, Nick and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) handle this news, but Nikki will struggle since she’ll know more about Victor’s plot than she’s letting on!

Nikki may eventually corner Victor and push him to stop this, but Victor may reiterate that his wife needs to trust him and believe it’ll all work out.

Since Victor wants to expose any backstabbers at Newman Enterprises, he’ll feel justified in taking drastic action and duping his family in the process.

In the meantime, Y&R spoilers say Adam will show up at Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) suite, so she’ll reluctantly let him in and rip into him for causing so many conflicting feelings.

That confrontation will lead to Sally blurting out that she can’t let go of Adam either, so he’ll reel over her confession.

Finally, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will find out that Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) is moving back to Genoa City with Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant), but the fact that Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) didn’t tell her right away could leave her troubled.

It might make Lily worry about what else Daniel is hiding – like his lingering love for Heather or a desire to get back together.
