Days of Our Lives Spoilers: James Read Returns as Clyde Weston – Inmate Rattles Ava with Scary Threat

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that James Read will reprise his role as Clyde Weston during the week of October 16-20. That’ll bring a chance for some new drama, so let’s talk about what’s in store now that we know Clyde’s set to shake things up.

For starters, it looks like Clyde will push Lucas Horton’s (Bryan Dattilo) buttons behind bars.

There’ll be some tension at Statesville once Lucas and Clyde cross paths, but Lucas will hopefully stay calm and avoid getting provoked into anything that might lengthen his sentence.

However, Clyde won’t be done causing turmoil, so look for him to deliver a scary threat to Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) on October 17.

Days spoilers say Ava will get a call that rattles her, so she’ll definitely be upset and should lean on Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) for comfort.

Harris may promise Ava that he’ll keep her safe along with Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams), but that task could prove more difficult than he thinks!

DOOL fans can expect Tripp to land in a dangerous situation in the coming episodes, so Clyde might send someone after him.

Of course, the main goal of all this will probably be to deepen the love story between Ava and Harris.

It’s still in the early stages right now, but going through another tough ordeal could bond Ava to Harris even further and make him even more of a hero in her eyes.

Unfortunately, Clyde’s the kind of guy who has plenty of connections on the outside.

Although Clyde has certainly pulled off his fair share of prison escapes, he doesn’t really need to be a free man to make trouble for his enemies.
