Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Video Leaks Steve’s Bloody Emergency – Trouble Ahead for Johnson Family

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Stephen Nichols (Steve Johnson) recently posted a fun video with two of his favorite people on set. Nichols captured a cute moment with a couple members of his onscreen family when he pulled Abigail Klein (Stephanie Johnson) and Mary Beth Evans (Kayla Johnson) into a group hug.

However, we want to focus on another aspect of the video for a moment since it actually leaked a Days shocker.

There’s some fake blood on the corner of Nichols’ shirt, so it looks like he’s got a bloody emergency coming up at the hospital.

Of course, this is something that’ll air several months from now since Days films pretty far in advance.

It’s too early to know for sure what kind of trouble Steve will land in, but he’ll indeed land in some!

Steve is no stranger to danger, so his family should be used to it by now.

Even so, it’s always scary when Steve throws himself into perilous situations and gets injured in the process.

Kayla and Stephanie will no doubt be worried along with Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and even Joey Johnson (Tanner Stine) assuming he gets updates in Seattle.

It’ll be interesting to see what happens to Steve, but his injury seems fairly small and contained.

There’d probably be a lot more blood if this was something super serious, so that’s good news since Kayla should be able to patch him up without any major risks.

As for what’s going on behind the scenes at Days, Nicholas seemed to be having a blast with Klein and Evans at the studio.

Although Nichols admitted it’d been a long week on the job, his Instagram caption insisted “these two beautiful Sweetnesses make everything so much better!”

Klein piped up in the comments section to spread some love to her onscreen mom and dad.

“No one makes me smile or chuckle more than you two,” Klein said before adding three heart emojis.
